Sam Sky is a Nationally Known Consumer Advocate and well known author. Most notably Sam Sky is the author of The Credit Book. Mr. Sky has written approved courses for/and has been an approved instructor, for, licensed professionals and their continuing education credits for Certified Public Accountants, Licensed Realtors, Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers, and Certified Financial Planners. He has also been a professional speaker, and spoken to over 20 fortune 500 companies, as well as at other large businesses, and events with multiple speakers. Mr. Sky, has previously served as Vice President, for 3 consecutive terms, of Oakland County MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving). Mr. Sky was also appointed to facilitate and moderated the 46th district Court Victim Impact Panel, where he brought forth Prosecutors, injured and bereaved victims, videos, and more. Many convicted offenders were required by court order to attend, so they could gain better understanding of the real ramifications, that so frequently occur. This was brought in a non-judgmental format, and has been implemented in many areas around the country. Mr. Sky has owned several businesses, feels fortunate to have great friends, embraces his sense of humor, and has an obsessive passion to reduce the abuse, by those who are using their power, to abuse others. He was born in Detroit, Michigan and has resided in Michigan, California, and Florida. One of Mr. Sky’s personally created quotes, that he really likes is, “Helpful love is wonderful, soft love is great, but tough love, can be the most important, courageous, and spectacular gift, for someone who truly needs it.“ Mr. Sky believes that gratitude, appreciation, having a positive outlook at circumstances, and acting on courage, is what generates the real massive true power of love, that the universe understands, and, on the surface sometimes – cannot be seen, measured, or fathomed, by many people.

Mr. Nigohosian has been the owner of Nigohosian & Associates, Plc (and separately the d/b/a of Able Legal Services), Michigan, P.C., for well over 20 years. Mr. Nigohosian’s firm has represented approximately 6000 individual clients, In areas of Business litigation, Chapter 13 reorganization, Chapter 7, Wills, Probates, Trustee, and Injury Claims. Mr. Nigohosian’s firm has also recovered Millions of dollars, including a very prolific National Class Action law suit. Mr. Nigohosian is a philanthropist and an investor, and has a wide spectrum of respected mastermind professionals that he regularly interacts with (from politicians, professional boxers, and so much more). Kelly graduated with honors from the Historic Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University. Kelly scored one of the highest scores possible on the bar exam putting him at approximately the 99% percentile of all attorneys in the Nation, and then going onto to being one of the busiest consumer attorneys during his active career, Serving thousands of individual clients and small businesses, Kelly has gained an understanding of what families need, and what they are facing financially. Kelly is regularly featured on TV, news shows, and radio, serving up insight on contemporary matters effecting the lives of citizens and workers.

Ms. Rizzo brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to the board in several areas. She is a dual-state credentialed nurse who has worked in various specialties here in Southwest Florida. For over 20 years, she has dedicated herself to providing optimal patient care, advocacy, and quality outcomes. Ms. Rizzo is active in the community, and has extensive experience in not-for-profit outreach and recruitment. She is a skilled communicator, and utilizes a multi-faceted network of professional and social contacts throughout the Southwest Florida area to help not-for-profit organizations find valuable and unique connections. Miss Rizzo has been charged with directing marketing initiatives and fundraising projects, and has a particular affinity for event and conference planning. She has donated her time and efforts to several organizations that are important to her, including the American Heart Association, the Alvin A. Dubin Alzheimer’s Resource Center, Humane Society and the Make A Wish Foundation. Ms. Rizzo is a proud single mother of her son, a USF graduate currently attending medical school while also serving as an officer in the United States Navy. We are fortunate to have Ms. Rizzo join our board so she can utilize her considerable gifts to inspire and advocate on behalf of our organization and its cause.
