Homeless people do not need a physical living address, to get a driver’s license, bank account, insurance policy, and or credit cardÂ
Mail boxes that are at places like USPS (Unites States Post Office), UPS (United Parcel Service), other Pack/Ship/Send style places that offer separate mail box addresses as a significant part of their business, etc…are acceptable addresses for any and all such address requirements, including a physical living address, to get a driver’s license, bank account, insurance policy, and or credit card, as stated herein for these matters. Insurance and Bank institutions may require a picture passport, or picture State .I.D, and, the government for the issuing of a driver’s license/needed criteria, will not require a picture I.D to obtain a license, however, they government can take a person’s picture there, they can also verify legal status, child support owed, license suspension status, their status in other states as such, and additionally put up to a 30 day hold at their sole unfettered discretion, before issuing a driver’s license, to verify the person’s authentic true identity to their satisfaction. All renewal driver’s license shall require a photo I.D –typically the person’s active driver’s license. In the event that the driver’s license is lost, then the government can pull up the old picture from the person’s driver’s license, and again, have full unfettered discretion to issue a renewal right there on the spot, or put up to a 30 day hold, before issuing a driver’s license, to verify the person’s authentic true identity to their satisfaction.
