#13:

Government employees: no work, no pay

Any and all government employees, including police, who are suspended – with a police report filed, regarding any capacity of that matter, or, separately on a strike, on a lockout, etc.. shall always be locked out/on strike, suspended without pay, even if exonerated. If a government employee is not working, they shall not get paid (unless obviously for ‘earned” paid vacation/paid sick leave), and their shall be no legal recourse against the government for no work, no pay, as stated herein.
