Pets protection

It is unlawful to physically abuse, and or endanger to the immediate and likely risk of death, to any cat or dog, and shall be pursued and punished either Federally and or by State, and shall be a felony, and if convicted, there shall be no less than 90 days served inside a jail/ and up to a maximum of 5 years – per animal endangered or killed, not to exceed 20 years for a multiple offenses that are brought collectively together/same location/same time period. If found guilty. That person is required to serve their sentence inside a jail –  not a house arrest/home or other confinement areas (besides a jail) is prohibited.

Abusing or killing a cat or dog, should be a felony, tried in any Federal or State court, with automatic serious jail time.
